I had Pinterest back in 2014 and I used it to save pictures of places I wanted to visit, and saw this gate that was called “Japanese gate” turns out it wasn’t in Japan but in Taiwan, and precisely Taipei.

It’s quite easy to reach too, it looks abandoned in the middle of nowhere in the forest, but it’s actually very close to Banqiao, just leave at Dingpu MRT station, ride a uBike and you’re there within 10 to 15 minutes.
